CIRTEC receives the Directors of the Kenyan Ministry of Roads (KeNHA), interested in the properties of the additive with RARx rubber powder to improve their roads
Today we have received, at the CIRTEC facilities, those responsible for the Kenyan Ministry of Roads, KeNHA (http://www.kenha.co.ke/).
The reason for the visit is because they are preparing a Concessional Plan, studying through the IRF (International Road Federation) the best alternatives worldwide in both construction technique and management.
In this way, the will meet the Ministry of Public Works and those in charge of dealerships through SEOPAN. But also, they have wanted to visit the RARx factory, an additive with rubber powder. This interest in RARx is born thanks to the IRF and their promotion of the circular economy and the quality of asphalt.
The reason for their interest in the RARx rubber powder additive is because they believe it is a viable technical solution to increase the life of future concessions and improve their asphalts.
On the other hand, they see with great interest the possibility that the use of asphalts with tire dust on their roads may help to encourage the recycling of their used tires.
