Yesterday, the General Director of the Ministry of Public Works of Chile, Mariana Concha Mathiesen, and the Executive Secretary of Environment and Territory, Mauricio Lavin Valenzuela, visited the Chiloeches tire recycling plant and the RARx factory.
Both were able to verify a management model of used tires with enormous potential to solve the current situation of waste both in Chile and in other Latin American countries.
In fact, the Ministry of Public Works is already adapting its regulations for the use of pretreated additives and forcing the consumption of tire dust on its roads.
