At the beginning of October, CIRTEC was present at the Industry Strategy & Consultation Meeting at the invitation of the International Road Federation (IRF) and the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai.
Both organizations expressly invited Cirtec due to their interest in making our RARx additive known to the authorities in Dubai and the countries of the Middle East, as they were aware of the global expansion we are carrying out.
This additive, and mixtures with tire powder, can be very useful in countries with an extremely hot climate, where the heat and the effect of ultraviolet rays render other techniques less effective.
The RARx showed them that it can allow asphalt with high viscosity and high heat resistance, since high-viscosity asphalts reach ring and ball data above 75 °.
The authorities showed great interest in the presentation made by Luis Alfonso de León, Technical Director of Cirtec.
